Meditation is also a useful tool for readjusting to new situations, but we know it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. If meditation isn’t your thing, the next closest option is “Meditative Story”, a podcast that takes extraordinary stories, sets them to beautiful music and includes meditation prompts along the way. |
