“Have a few key tonal pieces to style up or down. Eg. The Tully Tank. Wear with jeans and a blazer, casually with the Cosmo Short or pair with a pair of tights for Pilates.”
Whether you love a classic pair of leggings, or the latest style in activewear, it always pays to have a few key pieces that you can wear again and again. Some basic tees and tanks made from quality materials are always a great choice.
-
“Quality over quantity, always. Shop smart and think of how the piece you are investing in is going to fit into your lifestyle. Will you wear it once? Or can you wear it multiple ways?”
We all have those pieces that we find ourselves gravitating towards time and time again. Once you know what they are, invest in these pieces! This way you always have items in your wardrobe that make you feel confident.
-
“Find signature jewellery or accessories to elevate your everyday athleisure look. The same goes with shoes and sunglasses! It’s amazing what one piece can do to elevate your look.”
There are certain items that can elevate your activewear, whether you’re heading to the gym or brunch. We love layering jewellery pieces, adding one or two thin necklaces and a pair of huggies or a classic watch that can be worn to the gym or dressed up for the day's activities.

“A French tuck is always a good idea.”
A French tuck is a way to effortlessly look put together without trying too hard. If your top is too long, this style can help create the illusion of longer legs. It's a great way to add some interest and style to your day-to-day look.

“I love pairing dk tights with an oversized tee or button up shirt. Keep one in your weekend post-workout bag (or car) so you can throw it over a crop after a workout and be ready for brunch.”
We always love opting for layering pieces to add more dimension to your outfit. Whether it’s a smart-casual outfit or athleisure that’s more laidback, we like tossing a jacket over our sports bra for work or brunch!
