Finding your dk active size

We understand that finding your perfect size online can be a little tricky, which is why we have a comprehensive size guide below.

When you're in between sizes, if you prefer a firm and compressive fit, it's best to size down. But if you like a supportive fit that has a little breathing room, sizing up can be a better option.

We recommend taking that into account as well as looking at your other measurements and your standard AU sizing (i.e. AU6-24) to help you make your decision.

If your dk active isn’t the perfect fit the first time around, we're happy to help you out with an exchange where possible.

Really good training shorts

Good fit, comfy enough to wear all day, stretchy and durable enough for lots of high intensity workouts. The colour detail is snazzy.

Bought the set for exercise upgrade. The shorts are long enough that my thighs are happy but short enough that it's cute. There's a pocket on each side and a thin band at the top to help keep everything up and they don't slip down like some leggings / shorts do.
