We offer flat rate and free shipping wherever possible.
Within Australia: Please allow 2-7 business days (some rural areas may exceed this timeframe)

Delivery Times And Charges
Please be aware that dk active is not responsible for goods that are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. Customers can purchase shipping protection at checkout which will take effect immediately following checkout and continues until the goods are delivered safely to the customer.
We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted Queensland or National Public Holidays.
Please ensure that you enter your correct delivery address. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email immediately. If your order has already been shipped, dk active accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered and will not replace orders that have been sent to addresses that have been incorrectly provided by the customer.
Taxes & Duties
Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. Payments of these taxes/duties are necessary to release your order from customs.
Please note we do not provide a refund on any goods returned to dk active due to unpaid duties and taxes on the destination country, however we will provide a store credit.
Shipping Charges
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable except for defective items.
dk active will cover the cost of return shipping for Australian customers only excluding sale items. A prepaid return label will be created through our returns portal and emailed to you once your return request has been approved.
Changing Your Order
Once your order is placed, the only thing that can be changed is the delivery address if we get to it in time. We can't guarantee this as we aim to ship our orders to our customers as quick as possible so please ensure you have checked your order before placing it. We do try to work with you to get you in the best fitting activewear possible. If you do need help, please reach our friendly customer service team by clicking here.
Shipping Protection
We offer shipping protection to cover packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit which is to be purchased at checkout before your order is shipped. This coverage takes effect immediately following checkout and continues until the goods are delivered safely to the customer. In the event your order is lost, damaged, or stolen, shipping protection ensures the replacement of the order at no additional cost. If no replacement is available, a store credit will be issued for the order.
RETURNS
Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns Policy
Returns are accepted on goods within 30 days from the date you received the item. Items received or requests to return items outside of this period will not be accepted. We recommend that you try on all items as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within this timeframe.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
The product was received in the last 30 days (applies to both domestic and international orders)
- The product is in original packaging
- The product isn’t used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
- All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
- All original tags must still be attached to the merchandise.
- Hygiene labels on applicable products must still be attached.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Step 1: Please click here to use our returns portal and submit your returns request.
Step 2: Send your return items back to us using the free returns label (for Australian based customers only, excludes sale items) from our portal and drop to our nearest Australia Post facility. Your goods must be returned in their original condition as outlined above and sent to:

Step 3: Once received, our returns team will process this, and you will be notified of the outcome.
Exchanges
If you don’t find your perfect fit the first time around, no worries!
We happily exchange items for a different size or style. If you are an Australian customer, dk active will provide a prepaid returns label to send the item back to us, please note sale items are excluded. For international customers, while we ask that you cover the cost of sending the return to us, dk active will cover the cost of sending the exchanged item back to you.
Should you wish to exchange your item for a different style, there may be a price difference. Not to worry, once we have received your return item back, we will send out an invoice or process a refund for the difference.
Store Credit
Don’t want to exchange? Not a problem! Opt for a store credit instead and spend it on any item available online.
Refunds
Full price items may be returned for a refund within 30 days, This includes items purchased with our welcome code. Items must be in original condition as per the returns policy. Refund excludes original shipping costs.
Refunds are processed via your original payment method. Your refund will normally appear on your bank statement within 10 business days.
Please note this excludes gift cards which are non-refundable.
Items on our Sale Page or site-wide sales where items are discounted from 50-70% are classed as "Final Sale" items and will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds Using Refundid
Refundid provides shoppers instant refunds for their returns. No need to wait for your order to be shipped back and checked before you’re issued a refund. Our normal refund conditions apply as above.

Final Sale Items
Sale items on our sale page may be returned for store credit or exchange only. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty Items
All items are quality controlled and checked before being sent to customers. Any product that arrives in a faulty condition can be returned for either a refund or a store credit at your choice including return shipping costs.
Once dk active receives the item, it will undergo a routine quality review and we will contact you to advise on the appropriate procedure.
Free Gift with Purchase Returns
If a return for refund is processed against your order, resulting in the order value falling under the minimum purchase amount to qualify for the gift, you will be required to return the free gift alongside your return items for us to process your refund.
If the sizing on your free gift is not quite right, please contact our customer care team and they can assist in processing an exchange for this. Please note, return shipping for this is the responsibility of the customer.
dk Swim Returns
Please note that for hygiene reasons and to ensure the health and safety of all our customers, swimwear items with the hygiene sticker removed will not be eligible for return. We understand that trying on swimwear is essential, but we encourage you to keep the hygiene sticker intact until you are certain about your purchase.
