Colour is lovely too, and they seem to fit well (haven't worn them exercising yet). I am a size 10-12 and I ordered the medium.

Haven't tried them exercising yet, but they feel firm enough to stay up well. Lovely soft material and the side pockets are great. I'm normally a size 10-12 and the Medium fit well.
